Apple Mac

Right click or two finger click on the .mcworld file. Select download.

On your taskbar or in finder, click on your downloads folder.

Double click the .mcworld. This will do one of two things. It will either open up in minecraft or it will ask what to open it in. Select other. It will show your applications. Find enable: at the bottom and click on the drop down box, select all applications. Find minecraft in your list and click.

Select open...whew!!! You've done it! Well done.

It should open up. If not, let us know by writing to us on the contact page.

Chromebook:

The best way to use a chromebook with Minecraft is to have your teacher run the world and you join it. The world will then be saved on your teachers device and not take up chromebook hard drive space.

Two finger or right click the .mcworld file. This will download into your downloads folder on your Chromebook.

Open up Minecraft, login, select play and go import world. It should open a window, find downloads, select minecraft world and import.

If it doesn't install, there may not be enough space on your Chromebook and I suggest deleting some worlds, or anything in the downloads folder on the chromebook.

You can also go into your settings and delete the caches, which can take up space. Here's a video if you need extra help.

Ipad

Hold your finger on the .mcworld file until some options appear. Select download.

Find your On My iPad folder, select - touch the Minecraft folder and select copy.

Click the .mcworld file and Minecraft will open.

YOU ARE AWAY!!!
